About Datafor

We believe analytics should feel clearer, closer, and more trusted

Datafor is a governed analytics platform. Teams use it to define their data once and deliver it everywhere: to analysts, to customers inside their products, and to AI assistants.

We started Datafor because analytics kept getting rebuilt: one set of logic for internal dashboards, another for the reports a product shows its customers, and now a third for AI tools. Every copy drifts, and every copy needs its own security.

Datafor puts a governed semantic model at the center. Dashboards, embedded analytics, APIs, and AI agents all read the same definitions under the same permissions.

We ship a new release every one to two months, publish our changelog and code samples in the open, and work directly with the teams that build on Datafor.

One definition per number

A metric should mean the same thing in a dashboard, a customer portal, and an AI answer.

Governance is a feature

Permissions belong to the data, not to the tool someone happens to open.

AI you can check

An answer should show how it was calculated, and never see more than the person asking.

Trusted by teams that ship analytics to their users
